Firepower Fitness is a personal training service, based in Bristol and run by Personal Trainer Christian Cunningham. His fitness background includes a BSC (Hons) Degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff, Level 3 Personal Training REPS certification, representing Wales in international competition in the sport of trampoline gymnastics and seven years employment as a firefighter. He has a passion for people to learn and understand the principles of fitness and health as they train so they gain the tools to keep themselves fit for a lifetime of healthy wellbeing.
